In countries where the payment for MossWinn licenses is subject to tax withholding, the above prices refer to the total remitted amount following deduction of the withholding tax. In such cases the total price quoted will be correspondingly higher than the amounts listed above.

*Price is not liable to VAT (i.e. there is no need to pay VAT regarding MossWinn licences).
**Up to 4 additional site licences are offered for the quoted price. They can be purchased either together with the first site license, or any time later on. If license for more than 4 additional sites are required, an individual quotation shall be issued. DBM version licensees can also purchase Full range version licences as additional sites.
***Some of the features (such as access to the PHS models) included in the MossWinn Services are built into the software in the case of the MossWinn DBM license, whereas access to others (such as the MIDB) are offered free of the yearly subscription fee. Note that free access to these latter services does not guarantie the existence of the services in question: it only guaranties that as long as the service exists and can be accessed, access will be free of the yearly subscription fee for DBM version licensees.
****MossWinn Full range, Select and Lite version licensees can subscribe to the MossWinn Services (including the MIDB database service) any time, on each occasion at least for a single year period. In the case of the MIDB service, by the help of the Lite and Select versions all database records can be accessed, but only 57Fe Mossbauer fit models can be applied to own spectra.

* The drive letter assigned to a mobile HDD or pendrive may be different depending on which PC it becomes attached to. This may disturb the functionality of programs being installed on and/or working with the files of the mobile storage device. MossWinn 3.0i xp - being installed on such a device - is able to detect such a situtation, and will correct the file entries that refer to files inside the MossWinn directory. At the same time, file references pointing outside of the host directory of mosswinn.exe will remain invalid. A more sophisticated approach was developed and included in the MossWinn 4.0 series, which makes the program able to follow file references (irrespective of whether they are referring to files inside or outside its host directory) even if those were rendered invalid by a changed drive letter. (Consequently, MossWinn 4.0 does not need to spend time correcting its file references.) This results in seamless operation even if MossWinn is installed on a mobile HDD that is expected to work together with numerous different host PCs.
